after a week of exercising and dieting (i’ve been doing ZERO excerise and been eating really unhealthy before), i already lost a lot of inches, in my stomach, legs, face and chest

What could be causing this?
Mainly I want to know what kind of diet I need. I’m not sure why, but it seems as though my stomach cannot hold a lot of food so I get full very quickly.

I’m a rising senior in college and would like to improve my diet for several reasons. I’ve worked about about every day now for 8 years or so, so I’m in good shape but lately I feel like my body’s breaking down. I’m 5′11″ and weigh about 135.
Ever since wrestling season my senior year in HS (3.5 years ago) I’ve struggled to keep my weight up. And whenever I DO put on weight I feel like it always goes straight to my stomach.
What’s the best way for me to put on weight and improve my diet so my weight goes to my whole body? I lift weights a lot also but for the last few years I’ve been strictly doing strength reps. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
