Is it okay to use an appetite suppresent during the master cleanser diet?

I am starting the master cleanse diet. I am going to do it for 10 days. It is an all liquid diet with no solid foods. Would it be okay to use some kind of appetite suppresent? Like some kind of pill?

I started the Master Cleanse Diet and i was planning on doing it for 10 days. How important is post diet?
