I’ve cut down the amount of soda I drink in a day, and I’ve only had diet for the last week or so. How much weight can you/will you lose just drinking diet? Sometimes I wonder this. I know people will say that eating healthier will make you live longer, but what if the person doesn’t like what they’re eating? Some will probably say “You’ll learn to like it” and all that other stuff, but I seriously can’t imagine eating that stuff on a day to day basis. I mean, I do exercise and such, but I don’t like dieting. If I were to diet, does that mean I have to say “F*** my favorite foods”?

Ectomorph body types are people who are skinny but have a fat belly. Skinny everywhere else or slender but just have a pot belly. That’s me normal sized arms and legs but a fat stomach.
