I’ve heard thigns about casiers refusing to sell young girls diet pills. This made me wonder if there is an age restriction to purchase diet pills. How old do you have to be to buy diet pills?

I exercise already, but I am open to trying new workouts.
When I say dieting, I mean dramatic starvation diets.

There aren’t any gym saloons where I live so there is only one way left for me to move and burn calories, and that is walking.
Is walking fast every 2 days enough for weight loss when followed by a good healthy diet?
yes but I’m really over weight so doing jogging in between might harm my joints??

I’ve never had a problem maintaining my weight. I don’t exercise, because I never had to. I had a baby 2 months ago and I still have about 30 unwanted pounds to shed. I’m ****** feeding so I can’t diet without it affecting my milk supply. And pills are out of the question.
I have brought some workout DVD’s like fat burning, abs, blah blah blah, but I need to know that I’m not wasting my time with the videos. I do alot of housework too to add to my “workout” and I try to go to the park with my 5 year old, but the results aren’t coming fast enough for me.
So considering, I’m a stay at home mom with 2 children, I need help.
Thanks in advance.
