I have tried massage, chiro, physio and IMS (Intramuscular stimulation) it helps but only for about 5 days and its painful and expensive. So far IMS has been the best thing I have tried. I am about to try Prolotherapy an injection of sugar water and a numbing drug. I have also started on an all organic no meat diet.

I have recently begain dieting. Taking in under 1200 calories a day and fast pace walking 3 miles everynight for the last week. I have gained 3lbs and that is it! I havent dropped weight but I feel better. I really want to drop 10 – 15lbs. Its hard to continue without seeing results that I would like when I try so hard. I was told that its not uncommon to gain weight right before you are about to drop some pounds. Know if this is true?
